Guy Kawasaki
Cory Doctorow (boing boing)
Seth Godin
Scott Adams (Draws Dilbert but also has a hugely popular blog)
PZ Myers - blogs about evolution, creationism, other sciency topics
I think Kevin Drum (Washington Monthly based out of LA) would be a good choice. I also like Josh Marshall (Talking Points Memo and all it's offshoots).
Beyond Politics, I'd like to see the guy from The Superficial.

What about some political bloggers getting in on the fun! Arianna Huffington or Markos Zuniga (lives just up in Berkeley!) are two good starters...

Mark Frauenfelder (boingboing, "Rule the Web") too.
Jason- "Fake Steve Jobs" is at http://fakesteve.blogspot.com/
Pretty snarky, but entertaining nevertheless.
